In less than a week, it will have been five years since California went into COVID lockdown - an anniversary that serves as a benchmark for people all around the world. Since then, we have all gone through our own journeys, each of which seems almost bizarrely unique for having gone through the same pandemic.

Hi, I’m Elizabeth

Born and raised in the United States, I grew up in a culture that often avoided discussing death and dying, as though acknowledging it might bring it closer. This collective detachment inspired my journey toward cultivating a deep understanding and connection with life, death, and everything in between—a perspective I am passionate about sharing with others.

I work with individuals seeking support to integrate losses—whether death-related or not—into their lives so they can move forward with clarity and purpose. Together, we honor grief, soften its heavy emotions, and invite in joy and hope, helping to shape a life that feels truly meaningful and fulfilling.
